For ShopRite, we conducted hours and hours of user interviews to understand the different types of shopping styles – as well as defining Shoprite’s value proposition. We then created a vision that made the mundane analog shopping process more seamless, interactive, and fun through digital experiences.
Outcome:
• Aligned the executive board on a holistic product strategy and vision (in and out of stores) based on qualitative and quantitative research
• Designed a user-tested and validated platform for all other Wakefern Food Corp. brands to leverage (ShopRite, Price Rite, Fairway Market, Gourmet Garage, Dearborn Market, and The Fresh Grocer)
• Co-authored a detailed roadmap
